Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2, 2026
1. The service
directinapp provides short links, deep links, QR codes, link-in-bio pages, and analytics ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
The Service is currently offered in beta. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice while we build.
2. Your account
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Keep access to your Google account secure.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to link to malware, phishing, or other harmful content; to spam or mislead; to infringe intellectual-property rights; or to violate any applicable law.
We scan destinations against safety services and may disable links, bio pages, or accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the destinations, titles, images, and bio-page content you add. You grant us the limited license needed to host, display, and serve that content through your links and pages.
You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.
5. Analytics data
The Service records click events (such as country, device type, and referrer) for links you create and shows them to you as analytics. Visitor identifiers are hashed and aggregated; see the Privacy Policy for details.
6. Availability and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
When an account is deleted, its links stop redirecting and its data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. If changes are material we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, for example by email or an in-app notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
